Nourish
In all honesty my inspiration for starting Nourish came from necessity and survival; and I don’t mean survival of my body, but survival of a business.
Also, from the the soul deep need to really create and cook what I am most passionate about. From early on in my culinary career I have always been passionate about organic and vegan cooking, about not just feeding the body, but feeding the body in the best, most beautiful, and nourishing way. A way in which you’re not just supporting a life, but a lifestyle. Giving yourself the nourishment to fulfill your daily nutritional needs, so you have the ability to create, dream, and go after and achieve the goals one sets for themselves.
I have said a hundred times, (and all of my farmers market people know this), “food is medicine!” I am a firm believer that you are what you eat. If you put junk in your body, you will feel like junk, you put beautiful, nutritious and real wholesome food in your body, you become, beautiful and wholesome. Work from the inside out. It’s not just food either, it’s also what you consume intellectually, spiritually, through your relationships, you surround yourself with beautiful and wholesome people, things, and environments it will transfer to one’s self.
So, my mission for starting Nourish is to simply take what I find beautiful in nature and put it on a plate. I want to craft beautiful food from beautiful ingredients, to help you thrive in wellness and not just in body, but in you inner being. Feeding the body to Nourish the soul.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
